Our "On Your Land" Program allows you to select one of our architectural plans, identify just how you want to outfit that plan with appointments and finishes. Then, we’ll evaluate your homesite and the cost to improve...clearing, grading, utilities, etc.
We also assist in evaluating the best house location on your homesite taking into consideration your chosen plan, desire for outdoor living and much more. Of course, we’ll evaluate the costs to improve the land to make it a buildable homesite.

Those factors include things such as clearing, grading, installation of utilities like water, sewer, gas and electric, stormwater management and more. The third and final component is choosing an architectural design with fit and finishes that you desire. Over decades, J.A. Myers Homes has designed a wide variety of house plans for you to choose from. You can commence this process simply by searching our Floor Plans Tab on the website where you’ll find over 30 plans to consider. We then consult with you evaluate the fit and finish of the plan you choose. As the Builder of Choices you get to use professional design center to assist in your selections of finishes arriving at a one of a kind priced to meet your budget. We are able to accomplish all of this and provide a price in one consultation meeting. This is the final component in arriving at your total package price.
