Our favorite parts of the building process Were watching the daily activity of the home being built. There was not a day that went by that there wasn’t a crew doing something to help stay within the timeline. Everyone was very courteous and never acted as if you were in their way. They answered questions and kept things moving along. The options J.A. Myers provided were up-to-date, and if they weren’t to your taste, the team would shop till they found what you wanted. Some of the customizations we are proud of include: Our custom mantle on the fireplace and our additional 1/4 moon windows that were added to the fireplace wall. There are many features of our new home that we love! We love living on one floor. The master bath shower and whirlpool tub are amazing. The master closets are perfect sizes. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace. There were several things we didn’t realize we could do until Myers presented it as an option We did not realize that we could alter the size of a room, change a ceiling, or change the windows. We took advantage of all of those options. Several things stood out to us that made us stress less when it came to working with J.A. Myers Homes The quick responses to our questions, as well as, the personal service and attention we received. Our sales manager and her team were amazing at callbacks and keeping us informed often times daily! For us, the deciding factor that said “YES” to the J.A. Myers Chadwick Model Home It was when we were searching for our dream, retirement home and visited a Chadwick that was on the market. We fell in love with the home but it wasn’t in an ideal location. Our realtor used to work for Ben Myers and put us in touch with him as soon as we found a lot. Ben came out to our lot, and once he confirmed that a Chadwick could be built on it, we were sold.
