Everything begins with a pre-construction meeting where YOU are the center of attention. We listen as you tell us what you want…from roof shingles to door knobs!  After that we get to work, helping you get what you want while staying within your budget.

We are “The Builder of Choices!”  That means you first choose your model and floor plan from our more than 50 choices or bring us a floor plan and style you’ve clipped from a magazine or designed yourself! Since we “stick build” every home from the foundation to the roof, we can adapt to your needs. This means you can add square footage where you need it and even customize both the exterior and interior with many styles of windows and trim. As long as the changes do not interfere with the integrity of the structure and fit your budget, Myers will work with you to build a home that’s YOURS alone.

And…you have MORE choices! You may choose your location and your lot from any of our great neighborhoods. You can also buy the lot now and build later, or you can build on land your already own in either Pennsylvania or Maryland. We are licensed in both states.

Every J.A. Myers neighborhood also features Quick Delivery Homes. These are new homes in various stages of development that can be bought and finished according to your wishes. Quick Delivery homes are the ideal situation for those who must move quickly or want to skip the building process.

Once the building process begins, a project manager and an on-site foreman and crew will be there for you every step of the way. J.A. Myers takes every opportunity possible to assure your complete satisfaction and even provides a 12-year home warranty on every home they build!.

When your home is completed, a pre-settlement walk-thru will be scheduled with your project manager. You are also invited to schedule a six-month and a ten-month followup.  These follow-ups must take place BEFORE the first anniversary of your settlement.
