Sales Manager A major South Pennsylvania Developer / New Home Builder who also deals with the resale market is seeking a Sales Manager who prefers smaller cities and towns to large megalopolises. Not only can you motivate your sales staff but you can also handle the marketing, advertising, promotion, pricing, and contract safeguards required by the changing environment. You must have a Pennsylvania's Broker's license, and if you're also a Maryland Broker, you'll stand out even more. You're competent, dependable and a motivated professional who is individually ambitious while working well as part of a larger team. You're a good communicator, no matter what the organizational level. Supervision, training, and motivation are also key evaluation factors for the position. Other attributes which will make you stand out......sales forecasting, sales analysis, sales goals and quotas, market research, budgeting, business planning and forecasting, organizational skills, negotiation skills, ethical skills, strong written and verbal presentation skills and excellent customer relations. The Position: Ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on broker with significant experience in the new homes segment. This is a key position within the company and reports directly to the Vice-President, Project Management. You'll also interface with project managers, estimators, designers and customers. As the company's senior sales professional, you'll be expected to provide the guidance required to maximize the profitability of all sales functions.
